Subject: Guidance as You Work from Home

Good Moring Arin,

I'm happy to learn that you were just granted leave to work from home! I am writing to offer some support and share some tips that might help you remain productive while staying in touch with the office as you work remotely.

1. Establish a dedicated workspace; this will make you feel more focused.

2. Respond promptly to emails and check your incoming mail at least 3 times a day.

3.  Please transmit all your work orders to Rachel. She will then analyze each week's activity and update all sales assignments and inventories.

4. Prepare an end-of-week report. Send a summary of your weeks’ work to Yolanda, make sure to include information on all the accounts you’ve managed.

Please try to be available for our weekly staff meetings held at 9 AM every Friday. The next one is on Friday June 9th. If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance.

You are sure to enjoy working from home, Arin. Following these basic guidelines should help you become efficient and provide the office with adequate communication, while still allowing you to meet your family needs-which is what we hope to support!

Thanks, please let me know if you have any questions.
